Utility convergence

Eric Dignum requested to merge utility-convergence into master

Incorporated utility lineplots and distributions in visualisation. Convergence can depend on utility mean/std and segregation now. Solved lots of bugs in the meantime (mostly in the utility calculations). Distance is normalised now, using max and min distance over the entire grid now. Changed filenames and readme.
